Deliciously seasoned roasted chicken thighs infused with homemade blend of spices, boasting vibrant flavors and juicy tenderness. This simple yet delightful roasted chicken thigh recipe is ideal for enhancing tacos, salads, bowls, and not only!

Cooking time:
40 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds chicken thighs, without skin and bones
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
½ tsp. salt
ground black pepper

Recipe:
1. Marinate the chicken with the blend of olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, turmeric, coriander, oregano, salt and pepper. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated, and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes or more.
2. Heat your grill to 400°F. Place the marinated chicken directly onto the grill grates. Grill the chicken thighs for 5-10 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked, with the internal temperature registering 165°F on a meat thermometer.
