Ann Taylor’s semi-annual sale might be winding down, as they’re now offering 50% off all markdowns PLUS an extra 20% off. Prices are as marked, which I always appreciate rather than trying to do the math in my head as I go. (Quelle horreur.)
I am really (really) not into ruffles, but this little ruffled shell looks like the perfect Zoom top, work top, or weekend top — it’s polished and special without being overly memorable, which is perfect if you’re trying to keep a minimal wardrobe.
The shirt comes in a BUNCH of colors and patterns — the pictured orange version comes down to $18. It’s machine washable and available in sizes XXS-XXL and XXSP-XLP.
A few other quick things that jumped out at me in the sale: this pretty short-sleeved sweater with flutter sleeves, all the colors of this “geo stitch” sweater jacket, this blousy v-neck, the fun oversized linen shirts, and this relaxed layered sweater in blue on blue.
