It’s almost the end of 2023, hooray! As the New Year looms (and the holiday season ends), undoubtedly everyone’s mind is on the fresh new start they’ll make in 2024 with your health and exercise goals. (At least, I’m definitely saying “I can’t wait to start again… next week!”)
