Authentic recipe of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, famous for their soft, gooey texture and rich cinnamon flavor, topped with a luscious cream cheese frosting. Perfect for breakfast or dessert, these rolls bring a warm, comforting aroma to your kitchen.

Ingredients:

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
½ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
½ cup brown sugar, packed
2 ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp milk, as needed

Recipe:

In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
Add the granulated sugar, softened butter, salt, eggs, and 2 cups of flour. Mix until combined. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead until a soft dough forms.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a 16×21-inch rectangle.
Spread the melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long edge, and cut into 12 rolls.
Place the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
While the rolls are baking, prepare the frosting: beat the cream cheese, softened butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls. Serve and enjoy!
