Ingredients:
1 loaf of French bread
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Recipe:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until well combined.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, buttered side up.
If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the bread.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy around the edges.
