Ingredients:

1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
1 tsp melted coconut oil
3 tsp maple syrup
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp oat flour
3.5 ounces dark chocolate
coarse sea salt, for sprinkling

Recipe:

1. Heat 1 teaspoon coconut oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add 1/4 cup quinoa, toast for 5 minutes until golden, then stir in 1 teaspoon maple syrup for 30 seconds. Transfer to parchment paper to cool.
