1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda

2 large eggs

1 cup buttermilk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Recipe:

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk, and mix until just combined.
