3 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, onion, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
