Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp curry powder
1 stalk celery, diced
1 small apple, diced
⅓ cup raisins
¼ cup chopped almonds
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe:
