Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups peeled and chopped apples

Recipe:
