1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
Press about two-thirds of the crumb mixture into the prepared baking pan, creating an even layer.
In a separate bowl, combine the raspberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix gently until the raspberries are evenly coated.
