Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ginger, grated
salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets and red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
