Classic recipe of the refreshing Greek Salad is a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. Combining ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onions, olives, and feta cheese, it’s perfect for a light meal or a side dish.

Ingredients:
3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
8 oz feta cheese, cubed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Recipe:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and sliced green bell pepper.
Add the Kalamata olives and cubed feta cheese to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
