1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
vegetable oil, for frying
Recipe:
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Set up a breading station: place the flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a third dish.
Dredge each tilapia strip in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the fish sticks in batches, cooking each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the fish sticks hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
