H/t to Kat for finding this gorgeous cardigan from ba&sh. The round neckline is a classic, and the marled knit looks super luxe. Paired with a classic sheath or pencil skirt, I think this could easily replace a blazer for most business formal situations.
For a more casual look, I would add some high-waisted trousers and my favorite work tee.
