Recipe of Chicken Meatballs with Cheese and Yogurt Dip, as a delicious and versatile dish perfect for a main course or an appetizer. These juicy, flavorful meatballs are paired with a tangy, creamy dip, making them a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Ingredients:

For the meatballs:

1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

For the dip:

1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
fresh parsley, for garnish

Recipe:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture, rolling them between your palms to create an even shape.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (about 10-12 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.
