History:
Paper Plane is a modern cocktail created by the bartender Sam Ross in 2007, in New York City. The name “Paper Plane” has been inspired by the M.I.A. song “Paper Planes” that he was listening to, while experimenting with different cocktail recipes, and the name stuck.

The Paper Plane cocktail is a harmonious blend of bourbon’s warmth combined with the citrusy brightness, bittersweet complexity and herbal notes.
