Thank you so much for all your feedback on what you want to see more of over on Instagram! My number one request was easy outfit ideas. Ask and you shall receive. Maxi Skirt: Anthropologie {wearing size S}
The maxi skirt has a made a major comeback. I haven’t gotten on board with the denim maxi skirt trend yet (never say never though!). But the minute I saw this long slip skirt I was obsessed, especially since it’s under $100. It drapes so effortlessly and can be dressed up and down. For now I’m wearing it with sweaters. But it also would work great for holiday season.
silver pants: Anthropologie {wearing size 25}
Silver leather pants are a major trend right now. I fell in love with these faux leather pants when I saw them on a mannequin. They were paired with a hot pink fuzzy sweater. It was a look but definitely not me. I prefer to let the metallic pant be the main event and tone them down with neutrals.
*sizing note: The pants run true to size. Pre-baby I was a 25 so I was hoping I got back to that size. But the size 26 style now fits me much better.
Relaxed Turtleneck: Abercrombie {wearing size S}
A cozy relaxed turtleneck is a fall staple. I especially love this one because it was designed to wear out as well as to be tuckable, and thanks to side slits, to do the half tuck. It comes in a bunch of colors. I’m thinking of getting the cream cable knit next.
Black Jeans: Chico’s {wearing size 0P}
I am so obsessed with these black jeans. They’re the perfect fall staple that easily go from work into weekend. I paired each look with the same black boots because they’re so chic and comfy!
Knit Sweatsuit: Amazon {wearing size S}
I’ve been seeing this matching set all over IG so I finally decided to give it a try. It definitely looks way more expensive IRL than it is (it’s only about $40 with the coupon code!). It comes in a ton of colors. But I really love this beige with the black stripes.
I created three casual outfit ideas depending on what the weather is like by you. In San Diego it finally started to feel like fall… but we’re having a heat wave this weekend. So I will definitely kick off wearing this set with a t-shirt, like in the first look.
