Ingredients:

1 lb, ground beef
1/3 cup, raisins
1/2 cup, olives
200 ml, dry white wine
1 piece, onion
1 piece, red bell pepper
3–4 tbsp (50–60 ml), olive or sunflower oil
4–5 cloves, garlic
1/4 tsp, dried oregano
1/2 tsp, cumin
1 tbsp, tomato paste
200 ml, tomato sauce

Recipe:

1. In a heated skillet with olive or sunflower oil, fry the ground beef.
2. Add chopped onion, fry until softened.
3. Add chopped bell pepper, fry briefly.
4. Add finely chopped garlic.
5. Stir in oregano and cumin.
6. Add olives, halved.
7. Add raisins.
8. Mix in tomato sauce and tomato paste.
9. Pour in the wine.
10. Season with salt and pepper.
11. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the excess moisture evaporates.
